Saying you’re a part of the lgbtq community as a way to defend yourself doesn’t work. It doesn’t have anything to do with this- you might be, but someone else is as well. They’re offended by it, and you’re not. People are different. You don’t represent the whole LGBTQ community, and neither do they.

And you did say “don’t take things so seriously” to everyone who was offended by your blog, which would include rape victims that get triggered.
