calamitous-goddess replied to your post: Aren’t you attractive…?
Naturally. Surely, women of all backgrounds must desire you… You seem familiar, haven’t I met you before?

“… Ah, you couldn’t have. I’m certain a woman with blue skin and a bare body would be someone I’d remember.”

Ah, thank you miss. You know how it is, always being in the public eye; gotta make sure you don’t leave them disappointed.
“… A bit.”
heartlessseraph replied to your post: D-do you have any hair care tips?
“Perhaps we should exchange some.”
“Oh, I doubt there would be much I could tell you, your hair is already excellent.”
agriasoaks replied to your post: Why do you ask, good Ser? Are you of the royal family as well?
Aye, indeed I am; once a knight of the crown but no more- I only serve the Princess.
“Even if it burns a bit to hear you no longer serve a crown, a loyalty like yours is one I cannot help but respect.”
Nodding at the knight, Edgar bit his lip and tilted his head curiously. “A kingdom, then? May I ask what it’s called?”
“Wise choice,” she answered with a short laugh. She had noticed the way his eyes had fixed themselves on her, but showed no reaction to it other than a small, satisfied smirk that she, quite frankly, couldn’t hold back. “I definitely agree with you. It’s a real nice evening we’re having, that’s for sure.”
As he made his choice, she smiled and got to work, choosing a few bottles and taking out a tall glass from under the counter. She was quick to mix the drink, every action coming to her easily out of habit, and soon she was pushing the glass towards him. “And a Phoenix Down for the gentleman—actually, this is one of my favourites. So, the view huh? Enjoy the seaside?”
She knew full well what he meant—but it couldn’t hurt to play innocent, could it?
As the woman got to work on making his drink, Edgar divided his attention between her and the bar itself. There were quite a few people around, which might have made him uncomfortable if he’d been at home. Not because he didn’t like running into people who knew who he was (which pretty much everyone did), but because everyone had their own image of how a ruler should be, and he didn’t always fit into everyone’s personal idea.
Here, while he was out traveling, he could relax however. A few mishaps and culture shocks here and there, but nothing too bad. So far, he’d found Bodhum quite enjoyable.
“Among other things.” Edgar chuckled a bit at the question, taking his drink with a nod in the lady’s direction and taking a sip of it. It was excellent. “I’ve lived most of my life in a desert, so the ocean is most welcome.” Looking back over at her, he tilted his head a bit. “What about you? Big fan of the ocean, or more of a dry land person?”
Well, it rather depends on where you’re from.
-Has bad memories of being ridiculed in some places.-
-Also has fantastic memories of being adored for them.-

“Ah, I wouldn’t say so.” A light chuckle escaped him as he released her hand and smiled at her again. “Perhaps by your customs, but I’ve been told quite frequently that I’m rather rude.”
The king nodded and raised an eyebrow in curiosity when she introduced herself as a sphere hunter, having never heard of it before. “Sphere hunter? … Your occupation is looking for spherical objects?”
